Founding vision
Rafsac corp. emerged from the shared vision of its founders, who both hail from extensive backgrounds in real estate development and remodeling. Through their firsthand experiences with the renovation process across various locations, they encountered the common pain points faced by clients. Recognizing the inefficiencies and communication breakdowns, they envisioned a more streamlined and client-centric approach.
The creation of Rafsac
Our vision led to the creation of Rafsac corp. a design-build company that revolutionizes the way renovations are conducted. By consolidating all stakeholders into a single entity, Rafsac corp. seamlessly manages the renovation journey from conception to execution. This integrated model eliminates miscommunication and enhances efficiency.
Our story began in Perú
RAFSAC was founded in 2007 with the aim of providing quality, efficient and reliable services in the construction sector in the city Trujillo - Perú. Since then we have worked on a wide variety of home, commercial and industrial improvement projects, being suppliers of recognized companies in Perú. We were approved by SGS of Perú and Dun & Bradstreet.
We obtained the registration with Indecopi as a Registered trademark (R) with a view to growth and Internationalization, we migrated to the UNITED STATES in 2019 to the state of Florida, achieving great acceptance in the North American market. We have been operating under the same name for 17 years between Perú (12 years) and Miami (5 years). Complying with State Regulations we managed to obtain our Contractor License in Miami Dade County. We continue in our continuous improvement to achieve our VISION
